Creations of Grace
Creations of Grace will be a space of vision, healing and reconciliation through the medium of art. Art has the power to transcend a common human experience on earth, through its universal language, creating spaces where we experience the very common essence of all human beings as actors for peace. Creations of Grace is intended as a space of hope and empowerment for a future without war.
Artists from Israel, Brazil, EU and Colombia will gather in varied artistic mediums: art installation, music, multi-media and photography. They will share and explore their work and create a public space for the people of Bogota and engage the public in the creative process.
Musicians
Sharon Kolton – Israeli Rhythm Maker. A percussionist and producer of music events. Is widely involved in music projects around the globe.
Poesia Samba Soul, Brazil – music project and Samba band. As well as performing, Poesia Samba Soul run a community music project in the slums of Brazil for young people where they can learn how to play musical instruments, filming and multi-media. It is an innovative project that offers a profound alternative to the young people's daily life.
