Grace

The Grace Foundation

"Grace reminds me of walking in the service of the higher mission, in the service of life and its inherent justice. Those who are walking in the name of Grace do not come to accuse. They do not come to impart a new ideology on a country or on a land and its people - they come in the service of openness, of perception and of support."

The current structures of thought and belief that determine our human existence and experience are so embedded within a system of violence that we often find ourselves not knowing how to change it or stop it. But stop it we must.

Many individuals and initiatives are working all over the world on innovative technology, non-violence training and new social forms, expanding levels of spirituality and many other elements that can contribute towards a profound level of peace. The aim of the Grace Foundation is to bring these new thinkers and actors together within and through a global perspective that is connected to our daily lives.

The Grace Foundation, initiated and guided by Sabine Lichtenfels was established in 2007, after many years of preparation. Ms. Lichtenfels, through her knowledge and experience as theologian, activist, author and teacher, gave the Grace Foundation 3 focus areas that are necessary for social change: Research, Education and Action.
